The World Triennial Plan 2021-2024 is centred around the theme of “Recovery. Sustainability. Impact.” The objectives of the plan aim to unite the Scout Movement as we respond to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and look to the future to offer relevant educational opportunities for young people around the world. In this final triennium on the way to achieving Vision 2023, some of the plan’s key objectives include stronger compliance in child and youth safeguarding, addressing the global climate crisis, widening our influence by working closely with partners, and strengthening youth engagement at all levels of Scouting. Throughout the publication, guidance is provided to inspire NSOs about how to incorporate these objectives into their own plans and what support World Scouting will offer in the years to come.

Le Plan triennal 2021-2024 a pour thèmes « Reprise. Durabilité. Impact. ». Les objectifs de ce plan visent à rallier le Mouvement Scout tandis que nous faisons face à l’impact de la pandémie de COVID-19 et que nous portons notre regard vers l’avenir où nous voulons offrir des opportunités d’apprentissage aux jeunes des quatre coins du monde. Pour cette dernière période triennale de la Vision 2023, nous retrouvons parmi les objectifs clés du plan : davantage de conformité en matière de protection des enfants et des jeunes, la lutte contre la crise climatique, l’augmentation de notre influence à l’aide de partenariats et l’amélioration de la participation des jeunes à tous les niveaux du Scoutisme. Dans le document, les OSN trouverons des informations sur la façon d’intégrer ces objectifs à leurs propres plans et sur le support qu’offrira le Scoutisme Mondial dans les années à venir.
