Registration for 1st Africa Rover Moot 2023 is Open
The organizing committee of the 1st Africa Rover Moot to be hosted by the Kenya Scouts Association in Nairobi, Kenya from 15th to 25th April 2023 is pleased to announce the opening of registration of Heads of Contingents, Contingent Staff, Participants, and International Service Team members. All registrations must be submitted in prescribed registration forms attached.
Who Can Participate?
Moot participants must have been born between 15th April 1997 and 15th April 2005 inclusive, while the Contingent Staff and International Service Team (IST) members must have been born on or before 14th April 1997. The ratio of contingent staff and IST to participants should be at least 1:9.
Appointment of Heads of Contingents
To facilitate collaboration and good coordination in the planning process, each National Scout Organisation (NSO) is invited to nominate a Head of Contingent (HoC). Completed the Heads of Contingent nomination forms must be returned on or before 15th May 2022. All nominated HoCs will be invited to a first virtual meeting on 28th May 2022 at 3pm (GMT+3).

Early Bird Discounts
Contingents are invited to take advantage of the following early bird discounts:
- 10% Discount will be applicable to those who pay the full participation fee by 15th July 2022.
- 5% discount will be applicable to those who pay the full participation fee by 15th October 2022.
- Full Payment: Registration will close on 15th January 2023 by when the full payment should have been made.
