One of the directions for the new WOSM Strategy for Scouting that will succeed Vision 2023 is to engage stakeholder groups such as the Regional Scout Committees and NSO leadership in the planning development process. 

The World Scout Committee designated a resource group to ensure the creative participation and engagement of stakeholder groups in the Region and NSOs, in collaboration with the APR Strategy for Scouting (SfS) Task Force. 

On behalf of the APR Strategy for Scouting Task Force, may we invite key leaders of your NSO – in particular the Chief Commissioner, International Commissioner and Chief Scout Executive/ Secretary General to participate in this process by sharing their knowledge and perspectives on the following questions.
