This regional report shows the activities carried out in this period, which lasted until 2022. Through it, we wish to honor the memory of all those who are no longer with us and thank all those who joined the task of keeping us united even in the most difficult moments. A new period begins, with new challenges where we must show our ability to move forward. We must take advantage of everything we have learned in these four years to put it at the service of all those who are part of the Scout Movement in our Region.

Este Plan, construido con las aportaciones de muchas personas, trabajado de principio a fin a través de medios virtuales, es un plan de todos. Todos debemos sentirnos orgullosos de haberlo construido juntos y ahora es el tiempo para trabajar en sus acciones para sentirnos orgullosos de los logros que se obtengan de él. Construido durante la pandemia, es ahora prueba de lo que podemos hacer si permanecemos unidos, aún y a pesar de las dificultades que nos rodeen.
