All young people should have access to formal and non-formal education and part of Scouting's mission is to contribute to the development of young people.

As a complement of the Scouting in Humanitarian Settings Manual, WOSM has developed a simple and engaging Action Kit that can be used to introduce Scouting to young people in Humanitarian Settings.
