As the fourth resource of our Safe Scouts Series, the Mental Health toolkit was designed to support Rovers and Adult leaders to discuss safely the topic of mental health with their scouts. Though workshops, external resources and illustrations, you will have the opportunity to discuss with them what is mental health, share tips and tricks on wellbeing and how to better take care of themselves and others.
