Victor is responsible for managing the visual communication, artwork, Photography and Videography of WOSM. Holds responsibility to ensure the correct implementation of the WOSM Image Policy and the World Scout Brand. Supports the entire process of an image concept development and delivery, right from the brainstorming, to creation of the images, publishing and promotion. He manages the image bank and the graphic resources of the World Scout Bureau, its Regions and the NSOs. Assists and support to NSOs, especially in matters related to design and artwork. Victor supports NSOs hosting World Scout Events on the image concepts

Works closely with the Communication department to develop methodology and assist implementation of graphic and visual material.
